The brief was straightforward: revitalize the Scana brand mascots and inject fresh energy into this bear family. As art director, the challenge was finding the sweet spot between innovation and familiarity—audiences already had a strong connection to these characters, so the refresh needed to feel like an evolution, not a revolution.
We also had the opportunity to develop two distinct environments as part of the broader system, with the intention of expanding this universe further in future iterations.
